One Person, One Vote.

The American system of government is based on the idea that every individual has exactly the same amount of power: One Person, One Vote. But, your power is only as good as how you use it. In order to vote, you must first be registered. Then, once you are registered, you should be informed. Finally, you have to actually vote.

There are strict deadlines, so please register now. It’s easy, and it’s free.

To vote for Marta Jorgensen in the Democratic Primary on June 8, 2010, you must be registered before May 24, 2010 AND:

1. You must be registered as a member of the Democratic Party.

-OR-

2. You must be “Non Partisan” or “Declined To State” and REQUEST a Democratic Party ballot when you vote. If you vote by mail, then you must notify the voter officer (generally the County Recorder, Elections Division) that you would like a Democratic ballot prior to the ballots being issued.
